Yes, we have a strict privacy policy and we comply with the data privacy security standards of the European Union (General Data Protection Regulation GDPR). We update our server regularly with the latest security updates. To avoid any data loss, we have designed a multi-level backup system. This means that we make complete data backups every day, week and month. On the other hand, our security structure has different servers in the United States, one for the system, another for the databases and the backups we make.

If your organization already has a Theory of Change, Logical Framework and indicators of results and impact, implementing RALLUS is very simple and friendly. In any case, from RALLUS we can collaborate with your organization in the implementation. If your organization is large and needs to customize the system, our team of developers can do it in no more than 4 weeks, and also in a competitive way.

RALLUS is hosted on servers in USA (Google and Digital Ocean). The RALLUS package includes hosting services like regular updates, backups, as well as system and performance monitoring. Although it is technically possible to install RALLUS on your own server, this involves additional effort and is not recommended as this means that we cannot provide you with the services mentioned above.
